In 2002, the two-yearly art exhibition Art Event was organised for the first time in Saint Peter's Abbey under the name "Century to Century". Now in 2004 it's being continued under the name "Hall 23". From April 23rd until May 2 nd, the second edition takes place on an exciting new location in hall 23 of the former ACEC-site, close to Dock North, after a concept of exhibition's intendant Christa Vyvey.
