EMYPOINT meets a real need in the image building and image maintenance that every modern, forward-looking firm strives for.

What does EMYPOINT offer in concrete terms?

When emergency situations arise, EMYPOINT will receive your calls round the clock at an individual, pre-assigned toll-free (0800) number.

The information that EMYPOINT will pass on to your contacts is determined by you on the basis of data that you have indicated in a questionnaire. These basic data can be supplemented as necessary with additional or more detailed elements as you should deem fit.

You can then contact EMYPOINT when such an emergency arises at the toll-free number 0800 20 250.

A competent, fully operational call centre is then placed at your disposal within two hours with staff to inform your clients and business relations in a correct, personalised and committed way.

EMYPOINT provides these services by annual subscription.

The technical infrastructure is a complete, multi-channel platform that can handle not only telephone calls, but every other form of modern communication, such as e-mail, sms, fax, etc.

In this way, EMYPOINT guarantees an integrated approach to reassure your clients in case of emergency and keep them even more loyal. By grouping the various interaction forms with their clients from various services, channels and geographic locations, EMYPOINT helps companies to improve their performance and to optimise their communication with each individual client.

The fee of €100 per month covers the subscription for the personalised 0800 number, the professional training of the staff of tele-operators, the reporting (on identity data, frequently asked questions (FAQ), and other general information collected through the calls) and the start-up costs – the latter limited to two activations per year.

If you have to call on EMYPOINT for a third time in the same year, then €250 are charged per activation. EMYPOINT guarantees these services after ten days from the signing of the contract.

To secure your communication also to the outside world in an adequate manner, EMYPOINT provides self-adhesive individualised labels with your company’s name, logo and your personal 0800 number. This enables you to integrate your EMYPOINT project in your usual communication with your clients, on your correspondence, your invoicing, etc.

Beyond the security that EMYPOINT provides in case of emergency, EMYPOINT stands guarantee at all times to shore up the stability and credibility your clients value so much. This goes hand in hand with the efforts of every company to acquire and enhance a quality image on the market.
