Job responsibilities?

In consultation with other members of the management team you provide legal advice and support to the company’s management regarding relevant legal areas. Within these legal areas you draw up agreements or annotate on these agreements and you formulate proposals with a sense of creativity.

Ideal Job profile?

You have a Master’s degree in law and some years of practical experience as a member of the bar or in a corporate environment. You are specialised in all aspects of corporate law.
