Job responsibilities?
You are responsible for customer follow-up and for providing support to the project teams when they bring in
new customers. In addition, you ensure the follow-up of any problems occuring, you determine their causes and you
propose feasible solutions. In consultation with the quality coach, you set up time studies and you analyse the
standard time patterns, on the basis of which you formulate improvement actions and define training targets in
consultation with the support team.
Required profile?
You have at least an A1 degree. You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. You have at least 3 to 5 years’
experience in a call center environment. You are acquainted with telecommunication systems, IVR, CTI, LAN & WAN
and you are proficient in working with MS Office. You have an analytical and discerning mind and an eye for detail.
You are able to handle several assignments in an efficient and well-organised manner. You are a real leader.
