Job responsibilities?

Every day you are in direct contact with our customers over the telephone. You are the company's voice and inform the customers about commercial campaigns and/or products. You help the customers in a considerate and very professional manner and you detect their specific needs and requirements. You act as an antenna tuned to the market, receiving all relevant information, after which you report to your supervisor.

Ideal job profile?

You are fluent in your own mother tongue (Dutch/French), both in written and vocal communication. You are also familiar with a PC. You are immune to stress and a good listener. You have a positive attitude and you have the necessary communicative skills.

We are also looking for service operators who would like to work during the weekend and/or during the night.
