"Our SEBECO- ship has been sailing for 17 years now. I myself
have been part of the crew for 8 years. The sea has not always been calm; sometimes we had to face a wind-force 10.
Still, it is these spectacular waves that make our cooperation so special.
The open atmosphere among the crew and the young management put a fresh wind in the sails.
New ideas and creative thoughts are the masts to which the sails are fastened. The thick ropes used to fasten the
sails represent collegiality and friendship. At the wheel we have a captain who has clearly mapped out the route to
follow. Our ship does not get off course.
It is these motives that allow me to fully develop as trainer. With a fierce wind in the sails
I can guide our sailors so as to prepare them for a new trip. Both communication and deliberation allow us to change
course if necessary, while we only have one objective: together we go for it! Sailing across unknown seas leads us to
pleasant discoveries while we consider empathy of paramount importance.
That is what I want, that is what I will not say no to." - P.V.
