Job responsibilities?

You are in charge of a multi-disciplinary team of supervisors and operators. In consultation with your colleagues you plan and organise the production activities. You ensure that the expected production output is attained and you see to it that the quality standards are met. You deal with the daily problems within your department and assist your co-workers. Of course, you have strong managerial skills.

Ideal job profile?

You have at least an A1 diploma. You are fluent in your own mother tongue (Dutch/French), both in written and vocal communication. You are familiar with PC applications such as Word, Excel and Access. Furthermore, you already have experience in an executive position and you succeed in motivating your fellow workers by coaching them.
